Lei è molto competente e sopratutto molto creativa questo ha permesso più di una volta di trovare un'idea brillante per poter rinnovare anche capi sartoriali che pensavo ormai inutilizzabili.Precisa e puntuale nelle consegne.Ottimo anche il servizio di lavanderia di cui si può usufruire .La simpatia e la cordialità della Flo' sono un valore aggiunto.È un negozio che mi sento decisamente di raccomandare Since I met Sartoria Flo 'a few years ago I have to say that it has never happened that a "problem" posed to Mrs. Flo' has not found a solution! Sono entrato oggi alle 14:53 c’era la porta aperta e aspettato arrivasse qualcuno , quando è arrivata la signora sono stato letteralmente aggredito e bacchettato in malo modo dicendomi che il negozio non era ancora aperto.Purtroppo assenza di cortesia e maleducazione infinita. A volte non basta la professionalità. I had already served myself in this place and let's say that courtesy has never been their forte. Dato che ero in fiducia non ho verificato l'orlo fatto su dei pantaloni in fresco di lana portati da loro per un orlo a fine estate, mai indossati e lavati a secco mentre li piegavo per il cambio armadio vedo dei segni sopra l'orlo, verifico e sono segnate entrambe le gambe, guardo internamente e vedo cuciture esagerate come un lavoro fatto di fretta.....ma non avevo chiesto di fare in fretta. Delusione On several occasions I have relied on them for hems and minor modifications and the work has been well done. Since I was confident I did not check the hem done on the cool wool pants worn by them for a hem in late summer, never worn and dry cleaned while I was folding them for the wardrobe change I see marks above the hem, I check and both legs are marked, I look inside and see exaggerated seams like a job done in a hurry ..... but I didn't ask to hurry. Disappointment
