Da Sartori ho trovato personale competente sull'argomento che mi ha guidato verso l'acquisto a partire dalle mie esigenze. Il fatto poi che le biciclette le fanno loro mi ha dato uno stimolo in più per procedere con l'acquisto. Il mio acquisto si è concretizzato la settimana scorsa con una Regale Uomo azzurrina che ricorda come colore le Vespa anni 50. Dall'utilizzo fatto sino ad oggi, la bicicletta si comporta egregiamente. Il motore già dal secondo livello di assistenza spinge molto e mi aiuta ad affrontare le salite della nostra bella Castel Arquato. La batteria è maneggevole e leggera e si ricarica in poche ore. Ho acquistato anche l'antifurto gps così evito patemi d'animo quando parcheggio la bici fuori dall'ufficio, visto che sono in molti ad ammirarla quando giro. Consigliato!! Ho scelto questo modello tra i vari a disposizione da sartori in quanto usandola in città la trovo comoda e confortevole sul pavè. Il livello di qualità della bicicletta è buono così come la cura dei particolari!!! Batteria e motore a marchio sartori hanno una garanzia di 2 anni, il motore è silenzioso, potente e progressivo e non “strappa” come alcuni modelli di biciclette elettriche che ho provato, il display è di facile utilizzo, con tutte le funzioni chiare e sottomano, il telaio è prodotto artigianalmente in Italia (constato di persona presso il punto vendita) e la vernice extra lucida risulta solida anche agli urti o alle abrasioni di tutti i giorni. I modelli esposti uniscono eleganza, stile classico e tecnologia. I telai sono curati nei minimi dettagli e nulla è lasciato al caso! In negozio poi vi sono persone cordiali e disponibili! Consigliato per chi vuole una bicicletta su misura! Il servizio di assistenza è molto buono!!! Cordiali e disponibili anche nel post vendita. Riguardo alle caratteristiche della bicicletta elettrica la batteria è leggera ma potente (ho scelto la 500Wh) che all'atto pratico offre una durata pressochè come dichiarato nelle caratteristiche tecniche (circa 100km). Il motore è performante in ogni condizione e non scalda anche se sotto sforzo. Il telaio è fatto in Italia (lo si nota da piccoli particolari come la marchiatura e le congiunzioni saldate dall'interno) e la parte ciclistica è di buona qualità ed assemblata in modo impeccabile. Su strada la trovo comoda grazie ai pneumatici a sospensione d'aria che ammortizzano molto le asperità della strada. I bought an electric bike for bicycle touring, very nice !! On the road I find it comfortable thanks to the air suspension tires that cushion the roughness of the road a lot.
M	Melkyor P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo il design della mia dolcevita ed il colore. E’ la bicicletta che ho sempre sognato ma si ferma all’estetica. Troppi note negative ahimè... La vernice si danneggia facilmente anche quando viene piegata a metà. Le dimensioni da chiusa sono fuorvianti. Non è un operazione semplice cambiare le altezze o rimuovere sellino e manubrio ogni volta. L’altezza minima quindi non sarà mai 80cm come pubblicizzato sul sito ma si va sempre sul metro. Quindi la praticità di essere piegata e riposta in uno spazio confinato si perde totalmente. Non abitando a Milano mi sono fatto spedire la bicicletta. Il corriere ha danneggiato il telaio o la bici non era ben confezionata. Quindi la bici era graffiata sin dall’inizio. Le ruote erano sgonfie, i freni non tarati e scricchiolava. Bici nuova da far sistemare da uno specialista appena comprata.... Se non vivessi troppo lontana l’avrei rimandata indietro istantaneamente. Ma avevo bisogno di una bici per andare a lavoro e avevo già aspettato oltre 1 mese per averla per via di ritardi di fabbricazione. Anche dopo essere oliata, la bici scricchiola ancora da ferro vecchio arrugginito.... e la meccanica non resiste nemmeno all'acqua di una pozzanghera. Quindi la bici richiede continua manutenzione. Se non fosse stato per l’estetica...non penso l’averei comprata. Beautiful design of my turtleneck and color. It is the bicycle I have always dreamed of but it stops at aesthetics. Too many negative notes alas ... The paint is easily damaged even when folded in half. The closed dimensions are misleading. It is not a simple operation to change the heights or remove the seat and handlebar every time. The minimum height will therefore never be 80cm as advertised on the site but it always goes on the meter. So the practicality of being folded and stored in a confined space is totally lost. Not living in Milan, I had my bicycle sent. The courier damaged the frame or the bike was not well packaged. So the bike was scratched from the start. The wheels were flat, the brakes not calibrated and creaked. New bike to be fixed by a specialist just bought .... If I didn't live too far away I would have sent her back instantly. But I needed a bike to go to work and had already waited over 1 month for it due to manufacturing delays. Even after being oiled, the bike still creaks from rusty old iron .... and the mechanics can't even withstand the water of a puddle. So the bike requires constant maintenance. If it hadn't been for the aesthetics ... I don't think I would have bought it.

Dopo una lunga ricerca per trovare una bici pieghevole pratica, comoda e che non fosse pesante da sollevare alla fine ho scelto questa. Si piega facilmente. Le luci che ho scelto funzionano con la dinamo nel mozzo per cui non si sente sforzo mentre si pedala e rimangono accese anche da fermi per un certo periodo, in più utilizzandola spesso non devo pensare a ricaricare le batterie. Il cestone anteriore si sgancia facilmente e lo utilizzo per metterci dentro la spesa. Quando arrivo a casa posso mettere la bici nell'ascensore senza lasciarla legata in cortile evitando così possibili furti. My Italian bike is beautiful !!! The lights I have chosen work with the dynamo in the hub so you don't feel effort while pedaling and remain on even when stationary for a certain period, plus using it often I don't have to think about recharging the batteries. The front basket is easily released and I use it to store shopping. When I get home I can put the bike in the lift without leaving it tied in the courtyard thus avoiding possible thefts.

Davvero un bel prodotto, con innovazioni interessanti come il freno a tamburo con cambio integrato nel mozzo. Raccomandatissimo!
