Ci sono più commesse di cui una tremendamente sgarbata, non mi voleva nemmeno prendere la misura dell'anello e ho dovuto fare tutto da sola. Fanno fare una tessera ai clienti in cui c'è un risparmio di 30€ circa per poi farti pagare il restringimento di 20€ senza dirlo però al momento dell'acquisto. Posso aggiungere anche che, fanno firmare un foglio dove scrivono che le spese da dare sono di €0 poi al momento della riconsegna presentano la fattura. Ah giusto, per stringere un anello ho aspettato 3 settimane, quando invece ti dicono che ci vogliono 5 giorni. Pessimi e scorretti. Per la mia opinione non si lavora in questo modo. Mi fornisco presso altre gioiellerie e non sono mai stata trattata in questi modo. Non mi fornirò mai più in questo punto vendita e tanto meno nei negozi con lo stesso nominativo. and I have never seen a more incorrect jewelry in my life. Ampia la gamma di gioielleria e orologeria proposta quasi interamente di fascia media e quindi accessibile ai più. Offerte sempre presenti come del resto anche altrove. Brutta l'idea di chiedere al cliente un contributo per attivare la card. Sfruttate di conseguenza al massimo le scontistiche proposte se trovate qualcosa di interessante. In realtà abbiamo fatto la carta e ci hanno scontato solo il 5% (2€) che praticamente era il costo della carta. Al momento del pagamento ci hanno detto che il conto era 46 e invece abbiamo pagato 48. Capisco che non cambia la vita però non esiste come servizio in una gioielleria sinceramente. Bad experience.
