Sono entrata per chiedere un cambio della pila per un orologio acquistato proprio da loro un anno fa e appena l’ho fatto vedere la signora ha detto “ no , non possiamo farci niente , è di Calvin Klein , non posso toccarlo .” Per lo stesso orologio , quando è stato il momento di aggiustare la misura del cinturino , mi hanno detto “ non abbiamo tempo , torna più tardi .” Tengo a precisare che dentro il negozio c’era una sola persona che stava curiosando , quindi la commessa semplicemente non voleva farlo . Pensateci 2 volte prima di entrare a comprare da loro e sperate che i prodotti che avete acquistato non abbiano bisogno di manutenzione. Abito a due passi e ci passo ogni giorno davanti. Circa un mese/un mese e mezzo fa entro con il mio compagno per vedere delle fedi nuziali dato che ci sposeremo tra qualche mese. La commessa riccia, molto antipatica, ci dice che sono in vetrina e i prezzi son quelli. Io chiedevo informazioni e lei rispondeva in modo abbastanza scortese, tanto che dopo appena 3 o 4 minuti siamo andati via. Vabè... avrà i suoi problemi! Prendiamo le fedi in una gioielleria più avanti, di una gentilezza UNICA. Ieri 22 dicembre, entro e considerato che c'era solo una persona, decido di acquistare un orologio per mio padre. Contatto al volo mia sorella per avere un consiglio, chiedo alla commessa se era possibile fare un paio di foto a due orologi che erano esposti. Con una grandissima scortesia, la commessa bionda, mi dice "gli orologi sono tutti sul sito". Mah. Sono lì davanti alla vetrina, sono indecisa tra un paio di orologi e lei mi risponde in modo veramente allucinante. Se avessi vpluto cercare gli orologi on-line lo avrei fatto da me, comodamente sul divano!!!!La scortesia di questo negozio e la poca professionalità ormai mi sono talmente ben chiare che ho acquistato bracciali e anelli dalla concorrenza. Marlú, a pochi passi da questo negozio ha commesse gentili e disponibili. Ho speso 100 euro in un altto negozio e in Stroili non ci entrerò più.
