L'ho già buttato completamente nuovo. La cuccia è calda considerando che è molto grande 2.40 x 80x1 metro altezza. Mantiene costantemente la temperatura . Ne honordinata un'altra per una seconda ciccia . La consiglio davvero perché stupenda . I purchased sofia simply wonderful. I recommend it because it is really an efficient product. The kennel is warm whereas it is very large 80x1 meter x 2:40. Con una telefonata, nel giro di un pugno di giorni, me l'hanno sostituita senza alcun problema. Non posso che mettere le 5 stelle sia per il prodotto sia per le persone che ci stanno dietro. I nostri cani apprezzano a tal punto il caldo delle loro cucce che tante volte preferiscono stare al calduccio piuttosto che uscire a giocare, considerando anche che noi siamo al nord Italia e d'inverno con la neve la temperatura esterna può diventare davvero rigida.Ultima ma non ultima è da sottolineare la grandissima disponibilità, competenza, e gentilezza del titolare e della sua famiglia, disponibili anche nel post vendita e nell'assistenza. Prodotto.ottimo e persone squisite, consigliatissimo davvero.
