★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse maleducate e con poca voglia di lavorare...mi sono recata nel punto vendita per effettuare un cambio e la commessa anziché mostrarmi i vari oggetti con cui fare il cambio si è fatta altamente i cavoli suo mettendo le varie cose in ordine e quando ho chiesto se mi potesse aiutare si è limitata a dirmi di guardare la vetrina,non sono mai stata tratta in quel modo da una commessa, non metterò mai più piede nel vostro punto vendita !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza e personale,ho acquistato un anello x mia moglie a fine giugno,aveva bisogno di essere ristretto e ad oggi 24/10/2020,nessuna spiegazione e nessun interesse a restituire l'anello già PAGATO,con le commesse che alle mie domande rispondono in modo scocciato sia a me che a mia moglie...e dell anello nessuna traccia,ma che modi sono!!!non consiglierei la catena di negozi di questa azienda a nessuno, neanche al mio peggior nemico...VERGOGNOSO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ieri in questo negozio,cercavo un oggetto portafortuna x un amico..entro.nel negozio,e noto che all interno ci sono ben 3 (tre!) Commesse,nonostante fossi io l unica cliente...ma non sarebbe srato questo il problema,se non fosse x il fatto che nemmeno una di loro si è degnata di chiedermi se mi serviva aiuto...fatto sta che non solo non vengo appunto calcolata..ma le tre tipe si ritirano.a chiacchierare un una specie di stanzetta del personale..lasciando me e il resto del negozio abbandonato a se stesso..dopo un po esce una delle tre..chiedo se hanno l.oggetto x cui mi sono recata li..e la tipa,tutta indaffarata a riordinarsi divisa e capelli,mi risponde senza nemmeno guardarmi negli occhi che hanno qualcosa..ci avviciniamo alla vetrinetta,al cui interno c erano degli.oggetti carini..mi dice che se avessi avuto la tessara,sarebbero passati col 30% di sconto..dico che purtroppo l ho dimenticata a casa e lei risponde che è necessaria averla fisicamente x usufruire dello sconto...ok ci sta x carità,le regole sono queste...ma appunto scocciata x il mancato interesse nel servizio,mi reco nello stesso negozio sito al centro commerciale la.Torre di Villa rosa...dove ad.attendermi ci sono duw bravissime ragazze che non solo sanno.ben consigliarmi su cosa comprare..ma addirittura mi consigliano di far fare la tessera a mio marito x poter usufruire del famoso sconto! Tutto cio x dire che non tutti sanno stare a contatto con la gente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un cliente di Sarni Oro fino a quando non sono capitato al punto vendita di PORTO D'ASCOLI (centro commerciale Porto Grande)
Ho acquistato un bracciale abbastanza costoso, pagato in contanti, la signorina mi ha fatto il pacchettino, ma dopo avermi fatto lo scontrino, una commessa (bionda penso straniera ) ,la devo descrivere perché le altre non hanno colpa e vorrei che la direzione ( se esiste una direzione in questo posto ) prenda provvedimenti , mi ha accusato di averle dato una moneta falsa, da 2 euro. Quando ho precisato che assolutamente non le avevo dato NESSUNA MONETA, la signorina addirittura MI HA TIRATO LA MONETA E MI HA DETTO ::::LA PUOI TENERE I SOLDI CE LI RIMETTO IO, ADESSO VATTENE.
Premetto che il mio lavoro da 35 anni é al contatto con il pubblico perché ho un'attività e sentirmi trattato in quella maniera mi ha SCONCERTATO.
Non metterò mai più piede da Sarni Oro.... Specialmente in quel punto vendita... É STATA DI UNA MALEDUCAZIONE UNICA .
INDECENTE, VERGOGNOSA , OLTRE CHE IMBARAZZANTE.
Comunque altre persone, quando ho raccontato il fatto, mi hanno detto che non é la prima volta che queste commesse di Sarni si comportano da maleducate, forse perché non é la loro attività , forse all'azienda conviene perché le pagano poco , oppure perché non hanno la giusta formazione......

I was a customer of Sarni Oro until I came to the store in PORTO D'ASCOLI (Porto Grande shopping center)
I bought a fairly expensive bracelet, paid in cash, the young lady gave me the package, but after giving me the receipt, a saleswoman (blonde I think foreign), I have to describe her because the others are not at fault and I would like the management (if there is a management in this place) take action, accused me of giving you a fake 2 euro coin. When I specified that I absolutely hadn't given her ANY COIN, the lady even THROWED ME THE COIN AND TOLD ME :::: YOU CAN KEEP THE MONEY AND I WILL REMOVE IT, NOW GO OUT.
I state that my work for 35 years has been in contact with the public because I have a business and feeling treated in that way has DISONCERTED me.
I will never set foot in Sarni Oro's again .... Especially in that store ... IT WAS A UNIQUE RUDE.
Indecent, shameful, as well as embarrassing.
However, other people, when I told the fact, told me that it is not the first time that these orders from Sarni behave rude, perhaps because it is not their business, perhaps it is better for the company because they pay little, or because they do not have the right training ......

Per cui si deduce per chi da in permuta l'oro usato, questo viene ulteriormente deprezzato poiché viene calcolato sul prezzo pieno del cartellino senza sconto del 50%! Politica fuoviante per non dire altro. Consiglio se siete inesperti o poco informati, non vendete il vostro oro e possibilmente non comprate il nuovo, poiché resterà felice solo il negoziante. Sarni Oro, mai più!!!
