C'è un cartello affisso che informa che i servizi igienici non possono essere utilizzati per mancanza di acqua!
Domando se un esercizio commerciale possa restare aperto senza i servizi e mi viene detto "certo",poi aggiunge che l'acqua è appena andata via.Immagibo che abbiano avuto molto tempo a disposizione visto che il cartello era stampato al PC...
They do not allow you to use the toilets.
There is a sign posted stating that the toilets cannot be used due to lack of water!
I ask if a commercial establishment can remain open without the services and I am told "sure", then he adds that the water has just gone away.

L'area di servizio Roncobilaccio est presente sull'autostrada del sole, è completamente priva di barriere architettoniche. Accessibile in ogni ambiente ai viaggiatori disabili, ha i wc attrezzati e veramente molto puliti. Il parcheggio auto è come sempre gratuito e per i portatori di handicap è ad un passo dall'ingresso.
PS.: Il distributore è fornito anche di servizio GPL.

The Roncobilaccio Est rest area on the Autostrada del Sole is completely free of architectural barriers. Accessible in every environment to disabled travelers, it has fully equipped and very clean toilets. The car park is as always free and for the handicapped it is one step away from the entrance.
PS .: The distributor is also provided with LPG service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel XXI secolo un'area di servizio sull'autostrada più importante d'Italia senza nemmeno una doccia è uno scandalo.
C'è un minuscolo parcheggio per camion creato al contrario in modo tale che quando parcheggi entri tra gli altri camion con muso davanti, dopo la sosta devi uscire da mezzo gli altri camion in retromarcia, manovrando e piegando si allo specchio destro. Posti per sosta troppo corti in modo che: o lasci rimorchio fuori invadendo la strada oppure esci con la cabina troppo avanti non lasciando un margine di manovra per gli altri.
Complimenti per la immaginazione agli architetti delle autostrade per Italia.
In the 21st century a service area on the most important motorway in Italy without even a shower is a scandal.
There is a tiny truck parking lot created in reverse so that when you park you get in between the other trucks with the front nose, after the stop you have to get out of the middle of the other trucks in reverse, maneuvering and bending yes to the right mirror. Parking places too short so that: either you leave the trailer out and invade the road or you leave the cab too far ahead, leaving no room for maneuver for others.
Congratulations to the architects of the highways for Italy for the imagination.

Il panino con tanta mortadella nel pane caldo e condito di olio è una bontà.
Dopo 5 mesi dall'ultima visita.
E anche oggi, grazie a Simona (spero di ricordare bene), anche se finiti, mi hanno preparato al volo il panino ed ho potuto riassaporare il panino con tanta mortadella.
Friendly staff and clean bathrooms.
The sandwich with a lot of mortadella in hot bread and seasoned with oil is a goodness.
5 months after the last visit.
And even today, thanks to Simona (I hope to remember well), even if finished, they prepared the sandwich on the fly and I was able to savor the sandwich with lots of mortadella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che vado a Roma o torno a Milano, questo autogrill è una tappa fissa!! Da quando hanno aperto la "direttissima", che poi fa risparmiare solo 5 km ed è sempre trafficatissima, prendo la "panoramica" dove c'è pochissimo traffico, si guida più rilassati, offre dei panorami stupendi e mi fermo al grill Sarni di Roncobilaccio. Poco affollato, servizi puliti e personale gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile. Sinceramente non capisco perché la maggior parte delle persone che valicano l'Appennino prenda la direttissima per sfinirsi nel traffico. Consiglio vivamente una sosta in questo autogrill!!
Every time I go to Rome or back to Milan, this motorway restaurant is a fixed stop !! Since they opened the "direttissima", which then saves only 5 km and is always very busy, I take the "panoramic" where there is very little traffic, you drive more relaxed, offers wonderful views and I stop at the Sarni grill in Roncobilaccio . Uncrowded, clean services and very kind, friendly and helpful staff. I honestly do not understand why most of the people who cross the Apennines take the direct route to exhaust themselves in traffic. I highly recommend a stop at this motorway restaurant !!

Non c'è la minima ombra d'ombra :-)
Non puoi nemmeno sederti: se porti cibo tuo (panini, di solito) devi mangiare in piedi, ma anche se prendi brioche e caffè o il panino (carissimo) da "loro preparato"
se mangi fuor devi fare attenzione: specalmente coi bamnini piccoli è pericoloso!"
bagni sporchi, non solo perchè vecchi.
Merita UNA stella, ma ne assegno due perchè il personale aveva un bel sorriso sulla bocca, e non è poco di questi tempi.
Da evitare, assolutamente: manca qualsiasi tipo do confort.

You can't even sit down: if you bring your own food (sandwiches, usually) you have to eat standing up, but also if you take croissants and coffee or the (very expensive) sandwich "prepared by them"
if you eat outside you have to be careful: especially with small children it's dangerous! "
dirty bathrooms, not just because they are old.
It deserves ONE star, but I give it two because the staff had a nice smile on their lips, and that's not cheap these days.
Absolutely to be avoided: any kind of comfort is missing.
