I have recently moved to Milan myself and was looking for something to get me to get to know the culture, people, whilst getting fit and Sara and her team do an amazing job at helping you with that! Professional, funny, caring and appreciative of whatever circumstances you may have. If you have neve tried CrossFit, it’s definitely the time! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CrossFit Navigli has been part of my weekly routine for the past 2.5 years for a reason-- it is the best. The trainers are professional, experienced, smart, and they actually "practice what they preach." The box is clean and beautiful, too! Would definitely recommend.
