V	Valeria P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fermi alla partenza. Siamo arrivati, in cinque, e....la nostra prenotazione, fatta una settimana prima, era sparita. Si è scoperto che era stata erroneamente segnata per il week end precedente. Errore loro, per il quale non solo non si sono minimamente scusati ma anzi ci hanno anche vagamente rimproverati per non esserci presentati la settimana prima!!! Ma come mai, quando secondo loro non ci saremmo presentati, non ci hanno fatto una telefonata per sapere che fine avevamo fatto? Sbagliare può capitare, ma come gestisci l errore fa la differenza tra un ristoratore serio ed un posto dove non tornare mai più. Il responsabile non ha nemmeno accennato ad un qualche tipo di scusa. Non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere. Noi eravamo ospiti, qui a Benevento per un solo week end, e chi aveva prenotato era mortificato per l accaduto e soprattutto per la risposta del ristoratore. Siamo stati liquidati in malo modo per un errore loro. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato una rapida e valida alternativa, altrimenti saremmo rimasti tutti senza pranzo. Non posso quindi giudicare la loro cucina ma posso dire che, in materia di accoglienza e servizio, hanno davvero molto da imparare e molta strada da fare. Stop on departure. Five of us arrived and ... our reservation, made a week earlier, was gone. It turned out that she had been erroneously marked for the previous weekend. Their mistake, for which not only did they not apologize in the slightest but rather they also vaguely reprimanded us for not showing up the week before !!! But how come, when they thought we would not introduce ourselves, they didn't give us a phone call to find out what happened to us? Making a mistake can happen, but how you manage the mistake makes the difference between a serious restaurateur and a place you will never return to. The manager didn't even hint at some kind of excuse. Such a thing had never happened to me. We were guests here in Benevento for just one weekend, and whoever had booked was mortified by what happened and above all by the response of the restaurateur. We got badly liquidated for their mistake. Luckily we found a quick and viable alternative, otherwise we would all be left without lunch. I cannot therefore judge their cuisine but I can say that, in terms of hospitality and service, they really have a lot to learn and a long way to go.

Atmosfera rilassante, ottima posizione per passeggiata in centro storico. Complimenti. A dinner at Sapori is not just a simple dinner but a journey. A journey through flavors always with an eye on tradition. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent location for a stroll in the historic center. Well done.

Servizio sicuramente professionale, buona anche la carta dei vini, forse un po' sotto la madia rispetto a ristoranti nella medesima fascia di prezzo. Very nice and well structured place located in the port'arsa area, good raw materials, not so innovative cuisine. Definitely professional service, the wine list is also good, perhaps a little under the cup compared to restaurants in the same price range.

Mi ha colpito molto la descrizione sul menù, anticipa che la cura dietro al piatto servito non è banale, e così è stato. Personale cortese e preparato Piatti ben serviti e preparati curando il minimo dettaglio, consiglio tantissimo le polpette di salsiccia di Castelpoto su crema di cime di rapa e aglio ed il semifreddo allo strega. Prezzo sorprendente! Non ho mai mangiato così bene pagando questa cifra. Super consigliato per tutti, ci tornerei tutti i giorni se potessi! Pleasant discovery in the historic center of Benevento. An ancient but well-renovated and chic restaurant, it fully reflects the Benevento style. I was very impressed by the description on the menu, it anticipates that the care behind the dish served is not trivial, and so it was. Courteous and trained staff Dishes well served and prepared with attention to the smallest detail, I highly recommend the Castelpoto sausage meatballs on turnip greens and garlic cream and the witch parfait. Surprising price! I have never eaten so well paying this amount. Super recommended for everyone, I would go back everyday if I could!

Every dish is precise, combining wonderful flavors and the highest quality ingredients. The service was fabulous, the food was better. I highly recommend a trip to Sapori. And they have gluten free accommodations! Don’t miss it.
