Una trattoria che ha tutta l’esperienza e i saporii antichi della cucina beneventana, ma quella seria. Il mio non vuol essere un semplice dire, io ci vado da ragazzo, quando capita. Paolo è puro cabaret, è meraviglioso quando mi parla di politica in modo brillante, arguto e veritiero, fa satira sapendola fare e sapendo di farla. Lo consiglio agli amici che vengono a Benevento, vivamente. Un ultimo pensiero a Franco e al suo staff di servizio: sfido chiunque a trovare una squadra così preparata, gentile e silenziosa. A	Antonio Peluso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cosa migliore è la location: giusto di fronte all'arco di Traiano, dopodiché cominciano le note dolenti: menù esclusivamente digitale largamente incompleto nelle spiegazioni, personale anche gentile e disponibile ma scarsamente coordinato. Disponibile un ampio buffet di verdure e contorni in generale di buona qualità ma il cui costo è sostanzialmente un mistero: nel pessimo menù digitale c'è scritto addirittura zero euro, nello scontrino finale ci è stato posto a 30 euro, ma in realtà ne abbiamo usufruito in 5, sebbene sullo scontrino fosse stato segnato come 1. Ipotizziamo ci sia costato 6 euro a testa, ma è un'ipotesi per l'appunto....il costo reale è al livello del terzo segreto di Fatima. Provato vino locale aglianico in brocca: senza infamia e senza lode. Abbiamo poi preso delle pizze, due delle quali avevano il cornicione carbonizzato. Fortunata location con vista sullo splendido ed unico arco di Traiano. Un po' di confusione nel servizio se capitate nei giorni festivi,ma poco importa: concentratevi sui piatti e non guardate l'orologio,se potete.
