Very nice path in the shade that reaches the Sanctuary, the panorama is suggestive, a place of peace. Next to the church there is a fountain where the water is very cold. The return is uphill

A truly exciting place. A small sanctuary built inside a natural cave. You can get to the Sanctuary from the parking lot of the Certosa di Trisulti, following a downhill walk. Something unique that is worth seeing.

Suggestive place at the end of about 1 km walk in the woods quite steep but paved. On Sunday it closes around lunchtime and you cannot enter the rooms but only see it from outside, I recommend checking the times.

Small enchanting sanctuary, nestled under the mountain, which is reached after a nice walk in the woods of about 2 km.

ENGLISH: CLOSED: DUE TO DANGER OF FALLING MASSES THE SANCTUARY IS CLOSED! After visiting the Certosa di Trisulti we decided to head first to the Sanctuary "Madonna delle Cese" and then to the Hermitage of San Domenico, both not far from the Certosa itself. First thing to note: at the beginning of the road fork there is no sign, or printed paper, or notice that the sanctuary is closed. There is only a sign with the description and history of the sanctuary itself. After about 30 minutes downhill (just over 1 kilometer on a well-marked and cemented cart track, practically a road), totally immersed in Nature and with wonderful views towards the gorge and towards the Certosa, we arrive at the Sanctuary itself and only at the gate we discover this bitter truth: closure due to danger of falling rocks. In any case, I recommend you to take this path both for the scenic beauty and because the Sanctuary can still be seen (from afar). The return is on the same path, all uphill. Approximately 1 hour maximum 1 hour and a quarter, suitable for everyone.
