★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi positivi al covid,in 20 giorni abbiamo speso 600 euro di tamponi tra rapidi e molecolari Lunedì 17 gennaio, viene l infermiere a casa e ci fa altri 4 tamponi rapidi costo 100 euro! Si porta i tamponi e dopo 2 ore ci chiamano per dirci che siamo negativi!per 3 giorni aspettiamo la liberatoria sulla piattaforma, ma solo al terzo giorno ci dicono che i loro tamponi rapidi non vanno sulla piattaforma, cosa di cui noi non eravamo a conoscenza! Abbiamo dovuto rifare I tamponi in un altro laboratorio! La proprietaria scortese e maleducata. Mai più!!!
We covid positive, in 20 days we spent 600 euros of swabs between rapid and molecular. Monday, January 17, the nurse comes home and makes us another 4 rapid swabs costing 100 euros! She brings the tampons and after 2 hours they call us to tell us that we are negative! For 3 days we wait for the release on the platform, but only on the third day they tell us that their quick tampons do not go on the platform, which we were not aware of ! We had to redo the swabs in another laboratory! Rude and rude owner. Never again!!!
