Due giorni prima sono state comprate per me delle ali di fata a ben 8 EURO, da utilizzare ad un evento in cui non sono andata perché sono stata male, non le ho neanche uscite dalla busta, sono tornata in negozio per cambiarle con tanto di cartellino visibile attaccato… niente! non c’è stata umanità o parola che abbia convinto la signora a cambiarle! Mi aspettavo un po’ più di umanità perché può capitare di stare male e non utilizzare l’articolo, cambiarlo è un mio diritto soprattutto se c’è ancora il cartellino. Dopo questa esperienza di certo non metterò più piede da santo del bottoni proprio per la scarsa gentilezza che ho trovato nel personale, so solo di aver buttato 8 euro e peraltro sono bucate agli angoli! Score 0! Two days earlier some fairy wings were bought for me at 8 EURO, to be used at an event where I didn't go because I was sick, I didn't even get them out of the envelope, I went back to the shop to change them with a lot of tags visible attached ... nothing! there was no humanity or word that convinced the lady to change them! I expected a little more humanity because it can happen to feel bad and not use the article, changing it is my right especially if there is still a tag. After this experience I will certainly not set foot as a saint of the buttons because of the lack of kindness I have found in the staff, I only know that I have thrown away 8 euros and moreover I am holes in the corners!
