Ho ordinato 3 volte di fila gli stessi coprisedia cliccando sulla stessa immagine e sono arrivati 3 tipi diversi...sia nei materiali che nelle dimensioni e nel colore...mah I put a star because I couldn't put zero. Ad oggi dopo 2 solleciti nessun riscontro. Esporrò denuncia alla Polizia Postale. To date, barring denial, I can speak of hoax / scam. Order made on January 7th. Received email for notification of shipment on January 14th. To date, after 2 reminders, no feedback. I will file a complaint with the Postal Police.

Ho trovato il negozio chiuso e un cartello con su scritto "chiusi dal 10 al 22 per ferie". Vasta scelta di tessuti di ottima qualità di vari colori, anche i più difficili da trovare. Qualora in negozio non ci fosse il colore il proprietario è super disponibile nel chiamare i vari fornitori, verificarne la disponibilità e dare la possibilità di ordinare il tessuto che si cerca nel colore esatto che arriva nel giro di qualche giorno. Con molta pazienza e professionalità aiutano il cliente a fare la scelta più indicata a seconda di ciò che si vuole realizzare, offrendo la soluzione migliore. Personalmente ero alla ricerca di un tessuto per confezionare un abito importante, li ho prima contattati su Messenger dove mi hanno risposto anche se era orario di chiusura, il giorno dopo mi hanno mandato la palette di colori, a quel punto ho telefonato e poi mi sono recata in negozio. Ho impiegato quasi un’ora a scegliere il tessuto, colore e soprattutto il metraggio eppure nessuno di tutto lo staff si é dimostrato impaziente e mi hanno detto molte volte di stare tranquilla e aver tutto il tempo per decidere. Altra piccola nota che voglio fare, non meno importante, rispondono SEMPRE al telefono, dando informazioni e assistenza continua al cliente. Non posso che consigliare al 200% questo negozio, hanno guadagnato una cliente.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? Alla prossima!! With a lot of patience and professionalism they help the customer to make the most suitable choice depending on what you want to achieve, offering the best solution. Personally I was looking for a fabric to make an important dress, I first contacted them on Messenger where they answered me even if it was closing time, the next day they sent me the color palette, at which point I called and then I went to the shop. It took me almost an hour to choose the fabric, color and especially the footage, yet none of the staff was impatient and they told me many times to be calm and have plenty of time to decide. Another small note that I want to make, no less important, they ALWAYS answer the phone, giving information and continuous assistance to the customer.
