★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendida Cantina che ha contribuito a rendere unici e preziosi i vini della Valpolicella e della Valpantena. Appena rimodernata ha saputo mantenere la caratteristica che la distingue da altrettanto antiche strutture della zona. Le vallate di contorno suggellano la suggestiva immagine che la Cantina si è data con la ristrutturazione.
L'impegno nel garantire una qualità di vini eccellente, ed i prodotti offerti la rendono tra le mie preferite del territorio.
 Wonderful cellar that has contributed to making the wines of Valpolicella and Valpantena unique and precious. As soon as it was modernized, it has managed to maintain the characteristic that distinguishes it from equally old structures in the area. The surrounding valleys seal the suggestive image that the winery has given itself with the renovation.
The commitment to guarantee an excellent quality of wines, and the products offered make it one of my favorites in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza. Arrivo ieri alle 17.30 da Verona e nonostante l'orario di chiusura sia alle 18, tutto è chiuso. Suono il campanello e una persona esce e candidamente mi dice che "ormai abbiamo chiuso la cassa"! faccio notare che sono le 17.30 e chiudono alle 18. Alzata di spalle e menefreghismo totale.
Insomma faranno "forse" anche buon vino ma state attenti che il customer care in questo luogo non esiste.

per informazione, ritornando verso l'autostrada, trovo la "Cantina veneta" di Colognola. Gentili, premurosi, attenti alle mie necessità e esigenze.
SANTI dovrebbe imparare da loro.
Bad reception. I arrive yesterday at 17.30 from Verona and although the closing time is at 18, everything is closed. I ring the bell and a person comes out and candidly tells me that "we have now closed the cash register"! I point out that it is 17.30 and close at 18. Shrug and total indifference.
In short, they will "maybe" make good wine too, but be careful that customer care does not exist in this place.
NEVER AGAIN
for information, returning to the highway, I find the "Cantina veneta" in Colognola. Kind, caring, attentive to my needs and requirements.
SANTI should learn from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cantina dove poter assaporare e acquistare i migliori Valpolicella classico, Valpolicella ripasso e Amarone della zona di Illasi. Un ringraziamento particolare al direttore della cantina il signor Ridolfi per la disponibilità a farci visitare la cantina (un gruppo di 10 persone) dove questi magnifici vini si formano e prendono vita.
Excellent cellar where you can taste and buy the best classic Valpolicella, Valpolicella ripasso and Amarone from the Illasi area. A special thanks to the director of the cellar Mr. Ridolfi for his willingness to let us visit the cellar (a group of 10 people) where these magnificent wines are formed and come to life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso. Acquisto periodicamente loro prodotti, ultimamente ho acquistato un amarone SANTICO 2015 da consumare per un evento. All'assaggio è parso piuttosto acidulo, nonostante un ora in decanter la situazione non è migliorata ed ho dovuto aprire altra bottiglia, con annessa figuraccia con gli ospiti. Ho scritto subito alla cantina per comunicare quanto accaduto, non ho ricevuto nemmeno un cenno di riscontro.
Aggiornamento. Dopo qualche tempo la cantina si è fatta viva, ma in maniera decisamente deludente.
Disappointed. I periodically purchase their products, recently I bought an amarone SANTICO 2015 to be consumed for an event. On the palate it seemed rather sour, despite an hour in the decanter the situation did not improve and I had to open another bottle, with an attached fool with the guests. I immediately wrote to the cellar to communicate what happened, I have not received even a nod of acknowledgment.
Update. After some time the winery showed up, but in a decidedly disappointing way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto la Cantina Santi grazie al sito Bernabei.it: con l'acquisto che avevamo fatto, ci è stata regalata la visita guidata della suddetta cantina. Una bellissima esperienza: Alessandro ci ha raccontato in modo chiaro e interessante la storia e il lavoro di questa cantina. E' stato davvero disponibile e amichevole. Anche se avevamo già fatto un bell'acquisto online, abbiamo comprato qualche bottiglia anche nel negozio: ne è valsa la pena!
We got to know the Cantina Santi thanks to the Bernabei.it website: with the purchase we had made, we were given a guided tour of the aforementioned cellar. A wonderful experience: Alessandro told us in a clear and interesting way the history and work of this winery. He was really helpful and friendly. Even though we had already made a nice purchase online, we also bought a few bottles in the shop: it was worth it!
