★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantina molto interessante, il produttore mette una particolare cura nelle scelte tecnologiche e questo si riflette molto bene nel carattere non banale dei vini prodotti. La qualità insomma è alta e distante dal tipico prodotto della Valpolicella, sicuramente per intenditori e per chi non ha paura di spendere qualcosa di più. Una bottiglia di Amarone acquistata in cantina si aggira sulle 70 euro. Tappa da inserire in un itinerario enogastronomico in zona.
