La chiesa viene menzionata per la prima volta nella Visita Pastorale di mons. Raffaello Delle Nocche. Nel documento si attesta che l'edificio "è di data recente" e che pochi anni addietro fu oggetto di una ristrutturazione parziale a cura dei fedeli. E' plausibile una sua datazione almeno al XVIII secolo.
DescrizioneLa chiesa di Santa Lucia al Casale è un edificio con pianta rettangolare costruito su uno sperone roccioso che ne determina le diverse altezze da terra lungo il perimetro. Si presenta con un paramento murario in pietra a vista. La facciata nord-ovest culmina con piccolo campanile.

The church is mentioned for the first time in the Pastoral Visit of Msgr. Raffaello Delle Nocche. The document states that the building "is of recent date" and that a few years ago it was the subject of a partial restructuring by the faithful. Its dating to at least the eighteenth century is plausible.
Description The church of Santa Lucia al Casale is a building with a rectangular plan built on a rocky spur that determines the different heights from the ground along the perimeter. It has an exposed stone wall face. The north-west facade culminates with a small bell tower.
