★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo e fresco con molta vegetazione, tavoli e panche in pietra, ci sono giochi per bambini, si arriva con una passeggiata di pochi minuti, con parecchie panchine su tutto il percorso a piedi ed é tenuto abbastanza bene... La fontana di Santa Caterina è formata da una lastra in marmo addossata alla roccia, con arco gotico trilobato a bassorilievo e iscrizioni latine.
Quiet and cool place with lots of vegetation, stone tables and benches, there are games for children, you can reach it in a few minutes walk, with several benches on all the way on foot and it is kept fairly well ... The Santa fountain Caterina is formed by a marble slab leaning against the rock, with a trilobate low-relief Gothic arch and Latin inscriptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I saw a sign for the “fonte”, and embarked on our quest to find it. It took a little while, climbing uphill and then back down again. Turns out, the fonte is a tap. I was dead amused. My wife, not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having seen public signs psyching us up for a ‘fountain’ for about a mile of walking, I was slightly surprised to find a standard tap and a bench - pretty little green space but there really shouldn’t be tourist attraction signs to this ‘fountain’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this place and had a picnic while waiting for the Villa Bricherasio botanical gardens to open. Breezy and cool in the warmest hours of the day. Just lovely!
There are many picnic benches, a well with fresh water from the creek and if you feel like it, you can take a walk. The path is quite steep!
All together a lovely place to escape the heat and enjoy nature.
