Ho effettuato un tampone rapido e ho richiesto anche il risultato in inglese il quale mi è stato inviato per email ma purtroppo senza la data!! In aereoporto ovviamente mi sono ritrovata a discutere. Per fortuna avevo anche un risultato in Italiano altrimenti non sarei potuta partire!! Unfortunately I have to give it only 3 stars. The laboratory is clean and the staff are friendly and competent. I made a quick swab and I also requested the result in English which was sent to me by email but unfortunately without the date! At the airport, of course, I found myself arguing. Luckily I also had a result in Italian otherwise I wouldn't have been able to leave !!
d	dino dano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi dei pacchetti analisi sono molto competitivi circa il 50% in meno dei concorrenti austriaci di lifeb.. i risultati sono ripetibili ed attendibili come i loro,allora cosa c'è che non va? Non va che a giugno scorso ho fatto dei prelievi venosi a prescindere che eravamo in piena pandemia ma l'infermiere addetto ai prelievi (un giovane dalla pelle olivastra se ricordo bene) non ha utilizzato guanti sterili monouso ne si è disinfettato le mani in presenza.(non lo ho fatto presente per evitare litigi sul posto) Sono del mestiere e posso dire che un buon operatore non ha bisogno di essere a mani nude per una ottima tastazione.Se ai fini trasmissione covid è più pericoloso per lui che per il paziente,c'è da disquisire,ma ci sono altre malattie possibilmente trasmissibili attraverso quel forellino nell'avambraccio..quindi bene risparmiare sulle analisi ma non su un paio di guanti.Per quanto riguarda i tamponi (lato destro del lab.) da parte del personale max. professionalità e rispetto delle norme igieniche. (I did not mention this to avoid quarrels on the spot) I am in the trade and I can say that a good operator does not need to be with bare hands for an excellent feel.If for the purposes of covid transmission it is more dangerous for him than for the patient, there is to be discussed, but there are other diseases that can possibly be transmitted through that small hole in the forearm .. so it is good to save on the analyzes but not on a pair of gloves. As for the swabs (right side of the lab.) by the staff max. professionalism and respect for hygiene rules.

L'amministratrice, la Sig.ra Antonella, è una donna di grande umanità ed empatia, che con professionalità e dedizione lavora senza risparmiarsi al fine di soddisfare i bisogni di chi chiede assistenza. Encomiabili, una fortuna che ci siano persone che lavorano come loro, per risolvere i problemi e fornire un servizio attento e scrupoloso. Consigliatissimo.
