★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio ringraziare tutto il personale sanitario del Centro Vaccinale presso INI MEDICUS per la loro professionalità, disponibilità, umanità e cortesia, ma soprattutto per la gestione della problematica che mi riguardava.
Al termine della somministrazione (indolore) si attendono 15 minuti nella sala su una comodissima poltrona reclinabile.
Viene rilasciata accurata attestazione vaccinale comprensiva di orari di esecuzione, del personale, i codici del flacone e del lotto di provenienza.
In più, due voucher -20% per test sierologico ricerca anticorpi (IgG) anti SARS-CoV-2 valido nelle strutture INI del territorio.
Per finire la spilla serigrafata INI "Io mi sono vaccinato".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura austera e molto isolata dove mio padre è stato ricoverato (ed è morto) nel dicembre 2018. Lo visitai e notai subito (cosa di cui si lamentava anche lui) l'estrema freddezza del luogo, non sufficientemente riscaldato, i servizi inesistenti (non gli davano neanche le Bottigliette d'acqua minerale!) è un baretto a pianterreno ancora più triste e poco fornito. Mi sono sempre rammaricato che mio padre abbia trascorso i suoi ultimi giorni in questa struttura...
Austere and very isolated structure where my father was hospitalized (and died) in December 2018. I visited him and immediately noticed (which he too complained about) the extreme coldness of the place, not sufficiently heated, the non-existent services (not they didn't even give him bottles of mineral water!) is an even sadder and poorly stocked little bar on the ground floor. I have always regretted that my father spent his last days in this establishment ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono a scrivere queste poche righe per ringraziare e complimentarmi con la struttura dell ospice domiciliare del medicus Ini di Tivoli gestito in maniera impeccabile dalla Dott.ssa Simona Barberi coadiuvata dalla Dott.ssa Botta e supportata dal capo sala Marco e da tutte le infermiere/i.
Mi sono imbattuto in questa struttura a causa della malattia terminale di mia mamma e devo dire che ero un tantino scettico in quanto la struttura era da poco stata creata e pensavo sbagliando che potesse avere poca esperienza e soprattutto che avesse bisogno di ulteriore tempo per supportare i pazienti.
Devo dire che mi sbagliavo ho trovato una equipe molto affiatata e soprattutto piena di umanità ed empatia verso il paziente e la sua famiglia....questa è la sanità che vorrei... mia mamma è stata accompagnata con molta dignità e rispetto facendola sentire una persona sino all ultimo.
Desidero inoltre fare un encomio particolare e molto sentito ad Alessandra infermiera che svolge il suo lavoro come una missione che unisce professionalità a un sentimento di solidarietà di sensibilità e di empatia che riempie il cuore non solo del paziente ma anche dei suoi familiari che si trovano a vivere una situazione dolorosa e angosciosa.
A voi tutti un grazie di cuore da parte mia e della mia famiglia.

I am writing these few lines to thank and congratulate the structure of the domiciliary hospice of the medicus Ini of Tivoli managed in an impeccable way by Dr. Simona Barberi assisted by Dr. Botta and supported by the head of the room Marco and by all the nurses. .
I came across this facility due to my mum's terminal illness and I must say that I was a little skeptical as the facility had recently been created and I thought wrongly that it might have little experience and above all that it needed more time to support the patients.
I must say that I was wrong I found a very close-knit team and above all full of humanity and empathy towards the patient and his family .... this is the health care I would like ... my mother was accompanied with a lot of dignity and respect making her feel one person to the last.
I would also like to make a particular and heartfelt commendation to Alessandra nurse who carries out her work as a mission that combines professionalism with a feeling of solidarity, sensitivity and empathy that fills the heart not only of the patient but also of his family members who are at living a painful and distressing situation.
To you all a heartfelt thanks from me and my family.

Sono rientrata al lavoro dall’oggi al domani perché il team di fisioterapisti del Medicus ha fatto miracoli! Tendine di Achille operato a dicembre, gesso per un mese poi tutore rigido. A fine gennaio avevo dolore, piede gonfissimo, ferita con aderenze importanti e tendine vistosamente più corto dell’altro di un paio di centimetri.
Mi hanno affidata a Fabiana. Si è occupata di me a tutto tondo lavorando con passione non solo sul tendine ma sulla mia situazione posturale generale. Mi sono sentita, oltre ad aiutata in modo eccezionale, anche coccolata e tra amici. Un team davvero eccezionale in una palestra attrezzata.

At the end of January I had pain, a very swollen foot, a wound with important adhesions and a tendon that was conspicuously shorter than the other by a couple of centimeters.
They entrusted me to Fabiana. She took care of me in the round, working with passion not only on the tendon but on my general postural situation. I felt, in addition to being helped in an exceptional way, also pampered and among friends. A truly exceptional team in a fully equipped gym.

Oggi ho assistito ad una scena raccapricciante, mentre aspettavo mio marito si è avvicinata una ragazza in divisa alla reception, una signora dell'accoglienza l'ha aggredita verbalmente e cacciata in malo modo fuori come se fosse feccia nonostante lei si sia presentata in un modo cordiale. Le dottoresse che si sono presentate invece di condannare un atteggiamento del genere e dare solidarietà alla collega, hanno apostrofato la ragazza per fargli una segnalazione e cercavano di convincere la paziente a fare una denuncia ai ragazzi. Se il personale viene trattato in questo modo non voglio immaginare i pazienti. Solidarietà per quei due ragazzi e ammirazione per la reazione che hanno avuto. Fortemente sconsigliata GRAZIE della risposta e spiegazione. Siete stati gentilissimi anche se da ciò che ha scritto avvalora solamente di più la mia recensione. Se erano personale esterno urla e modi rudi hanno dimostrato solamente l'educazione presente, senza contare che i ragazzi si sono presentati con educazione e rispetto
Ignorance and rudeness! Today I witnessed a gruesome scene, while I was waiting for my husband a girl in uniform approached the reception, a reception lady verbally assaulted her and badly kicked her out as if she were scum even though she presented herself in a way cordial. The doctors who presented themselves instead of condemning such an attitude and giving solidarity to the colleague, addressed the girl to report him and tried to convince the patient to make a complaint to the boys. If staff are treated this way I don't want to imagine patients. Solidarity for those two boys and admiration for the reaction they had. Strongly discouraged THANKS for the answer and explanation. You were very kind even if from what he wrote it only confirms my review more. If they were external staff, screams and rude ways only showed the present education, not to mention that the boys presented themselves with education and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di Gennaio io e mio marito siamo stati ricoverati presso il reparto Covid della struttura "Casa di cura Roma Ini- Medicus", Monte Ripoli. Ci tengo a ringraziare tutti: dalla cucina per l' ottimo cibo fino alle dottoresse sempre disponibili e gentili. Le infermiere che ci svegliavano la mattina con un caloroso: "buongiorno ragazzi". Ci hanno tratto come delle persone, non solo "casi clinici", sono stati tutti bravissimi. Inoltre abbiamo fatto la riabilitazione con le fisioterapiste fantastiche, disponibili, sempre sorridenti e pazienti con noi. Se ora stiamo bene è merito di tutti loro, di tutta quella magnifica struttura che ci ha curato con amore.

In January my husband and I were hospitalized in the Covid ward of the "Roma Ini- Medicus nursing home", Monte Ripoli. I would like to thank everyone: from the kitchen for the excellent food to the doctors who are always available and kind. The nurses who woke us up in the morning with a warm: "good morning guys". They treated us as people, not just "clinical cases", they were all very good. We also did the rehabilitation with the fantastic physiotherapists, available, always smiling and patient with us. If we are well now it is thanks to all of them, to all that magnificent structure that has looked after us with love.
