★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione pessima....ho la prescrizione fisiatrica per deambulatore (prezzo 50 €)ma ne compro uno da 300 €....pagandolo tutto di tasca mia....non rimborsano i 50 € e fanno un buono...poi non posso andare a comprare nulla (covid e lock down..)mando mia figlia in negozio e le dicono che il buono è scaduto....,VERGOGNA!#!#Dopo tre mesi dalla recensione la titolare mi chiama...si scusa....parla di equivoci....e mi rende i 50 €...che dire...certe recensioni lasciano segni.
Bad management .... I have a physiatric prescription for a walker (price € 50) but I buy one for € 300 .... paying it all out of my own pocket .... they do not reimburse the € 50 and give a voucher ... then I can't go to buy anything (covid and lock down ..) I send my daughter to the shop and they tell her that the voucher has expired ...., SHAME! #! # After three months from the review the owner calls me ... yes sorry .... talk about misunderstandings .... and makes me the 50 € ... what about ... some reviews leave marks.
