★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Avevo acquistato un paio di calze anti-trombosi per un lungo viaggio aereo. Il viaggio purtroppo è stato annullato e non avrei più avuto modo di usarle. Considerata la spesa (ben 33€) ed il fatto che, nonostante le misure sulla confezione, fossero comunque molto strette alla caviglia, entro una settimana le ho riconsegnate per la restituzione. Mi fanno parlare con la padrona. La mia richiesta non è stata accettata perché le calze erano già state indossate. Alla domanda "Ma se quindi avessi avuto bisogno della taglia in più, avrei dovuto acquistare un altro paio? Non me le avreste cambiate?" Perentoriamente "No signora". La clientela che si merita questa sanitaria è solo quella che non sa acquistare online, dove il reso è sempre assicurato, presto destinata all'estinzione. E come tutte le sanitarie, anche questa sarà presto costretta a chiudere se la disponibilità che offre a chi ha ancora fiducia nel commercio al dettaglio è quella ricevuta oggi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono anni che ci serviamo da loro per le scarpe ortopediche di mia figlia.Sempre andato tutto bene. Stavolta forse per via del caldo o forse per l'avanzare dell'età, mi hanno piantato una pantomima perché dalla fine di giugno, non era ancora stato fatto il collaudo(il policlinico non ci aveva ancora chiamato, in quanto la cosa era abbinata ad un'altra visita). Cara signora, dato che ho problemi con mia figlia ben più importanti,penso che la sua ramanzina se la poteva tranquillamente risparmiare(anche perché penso che in una decina di anni che ci serviamo da voi, le scarpe la USL le abbia sempre pagate)perciò come le ho detto, la prossima volta andremo altrove.
