Torneremo presto a da loro anche perchè hanno una scelta ampissima!!!
very kind and helpful staff, having mum in hospital to buy her slippers would not have been easy, but the owner came to meet me changing my slippers four times. Not everyone is so kind.
We will come back to them soon also because they have a very wide choice !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recatomi in data 14 marzo 2022 presso il negozio per acquistare le solette in foto. Purtroppo le solette sono risultate leggermente corte il giorno successivo ,ovvero oggi, mi sono recato di nuovo per chiedere un cambio nel numero, la risposta è stata che un numero superiore non è stato prodotto ( informazione ricevuta in modo diverso il giorno precedente) e alla mia domanda: “ Quindi devo rimanere con queste solette che non mi vanno bene?” la risposta è stata “Si”, non mi è stata data nemmeno la possibilità di cambiarle con un altro tipo di solette.
Non ho voluto polemizzare in quanto erano presenti altre persone, assolutamente non consigliato.
I went to the shop on 14 March 2022 to buy the insoles in the photo. Unfortunately the insoles were slightly short the next day, that is today, I went again to ask for a change in the number, the answer was that a higher number was not produced (information received differently the previous day) and to the my question: "So I have to stay with these insoles that don't fit me?" the answer was “Yes”, I was not even given the possibility to change them with another type of insoles.
I did not want to argue as other people were present, absolutely not recommended.
