Per un problema di taglia (colpa mia) ho dovuto fare il reso con sostituzione dello stesso articolo taglia diversa . Il tutto è avvenuto con velocità, accuratezza della confezione e soprattutto con assoluta semplicità! Grazie ancora e sicuramente lo consiglio!
 Professionalism and courtesy !!! Mrs. Katia and her collaborator were very kind. Due to a size problem (my fault) I had to return the same item and replace it in a different size. Everything happened with speed, accuracy of the packaging and above all with absolute simplicity! Thanks again and definitely recommend it!

Bought a pair of shoes online. Compliant product. Even though I have indicated a different shipping address, I don't know why the package was delivered to my billing address. However, the shipment was successful and quickly.
