Come studente universitario frequento abitualmente varie copisterie, ma questa mi ha particolarmente deluso sia per i prezzi alti sia per l’attesa molto lunga anche per i clienti che sono entrati per semplici fotocopie A4. Io ho aspettato 50 minuti per 4 stampe A0, senza essere avvisato dell’attesa, quando normalmente nelle altre copisterie se l’attesa è lunga vengo informato preventivamente in modo da poter tornare più tardi. La titolare è molto scortese, espone all’esterno un cartello che informa di un sovrapprezzo di 5 euro per chi non invia in anticipo via mail i file da stampare, sottolineando l’importanza del suo tempo, ma poi se la prende comoda e non da valore a quello altrui. Al solo farle presente le mie perplessità mi ha sbattuto fuori sgarbatamente, lamentandosi di quanto accaduto con il cliente successivo e dimostrando di non sapere cosa sia la professionalità. Sicuramente non tornerò più. I went to the photocopy shop guided by the various positive reviews, but the experience was very bad. As a university student I usually frequent various copy shops, but this one particularly disappointed me both for the high prices and for the very long wait even for customers who came in for simple A4 photocopies. I waited 50 minutes for 4 A0 prints, without being notified of the wait, when normally in other copy shops if the wait is long I am informed in advance so that I can come back later. The owner is very rude, she exposes a sign outside informing of a surcharge of 5 euros for those who do not send the files to be printed in advance by email, underlining the importance of her time, but then she takes it easy and not value to that of others. Just by pointing out my perplexities, she threw me out rudely, complaining about what happened with the next client and proving that she didn't know what professionalism is. I will definitely not go back.

Sono rimasto ad aspettare per circa 30 minuti fuori dalla copisteria insieme ad un altro signore. Entrambi dovevamo stampare solamente un foglio. La titolare ci ha ignorati ed è rimasta a parlare con il cliente all'interno del negozio. Non appena il cliente se n'è andato non ha voluto sentire ragioni e se n'è andata chiudendo il locale. È chiaro e corretto rispettare gli orari di lavoro, vale sia per me che per la titolare, ma forse sarebbe giusto a volte fare un piccolo passo in più. Non parliamo di una coda di 5 o più persone, ma soltanto due persone che dovevano stampare un foglio. I work from 9am to 6pm, so I can't actually get there early, also given the distance from home. I waited for about 30 minutes outside the copy shop with another gentleman. We both had to print one sheet only. The owner ignored us and stayed to talk to the customer inside the shop. As soon as the customer left, he didn't want to hear reasons and left, closing the place. It is clear and correct to respect working hours, both for me and for the owner, but perhaps it would be right sometimes to take a little more step. We are not talking about a queue of 5 or more people, but only two people who had to print a sheet.
