★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale SCORTESE, prima ti dice un prezzo, e poi ti ritrovi sullo scontrino un ALTRO PREZZO! quando glielo faccio notare MI URLA anche dietro che lui FA QUELLO CHE VUOLE! violento e sgarbato, oltre che prezzi esagerati.
RUDE staff, first they tell you a price, and then you find another PRICE on the receipt! when I point it out to him he also screams at me that he DOES WHAT HE WANTS! violent and rude, as well as exaggerated prices.

1) PREZZI TROPPO ALTI
2) per le stampe fronte retro ti fanno pagare il foglio (ho usato carte speciali) 2 volte anche se è la stampa è fronte-retro (e quindi si usa un solo foglio).
3) inoltre AUMENTANO ulteriormente il costo (SENZA PRIMA AVVISARTI) inserendo un COSTO di "APERTURA FILE" (che consiste in un ulteriore costo di 0,50 € PER OGNI SINGOLO FILE che aprono dalla chiavetta che gli porti) che va ad aumentare il costo finale di oltre il 50 % sul prezzo base.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA (almeno la mia).
Per il futuro ripiegherò sicuramente in altre copisterie.
I do not recommend because:
1) PRICES TOO HIGH
2) for double-sided prints they charge you for the sheet (I used special papers) 2 times even if the print is double-sided (and therefore only one sheet is used).
3) they further INCREASE the cost (WITHOUT NOTING YOU FIRST) by inserting a "FILE OPENING" COST (which consists of an additional cost of € 0.50 FOR EACH SINGLE FILE that they open from the key you bring them) which increases the cost final of more than 50% on the base price.
BAD EXPERIENCE (at least mine).
For the future I will certainly fall back to other copy shops.
