★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi, io cercavo una fascia laparotomica, ne ho presa una e ho potuto cambiarla con un'altra perché la prima non andava bene. Siccome la prima costava più della seconda ho preso altra merce senza perdere l'eccedenza pagata precedentemente.
Very kind, I was looking for a laparotomic band, I took one and I could change it with another one because the first one was not right. Since the former was more expensive than the latter, I took other goods without losing the surplus paid previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono servito di questa sanitaria per ritirare una "comoda" prescritta dalla ASL, me ne consegnano una di qualità media e chiedono una differenza di €100,00 in contanti senza rilasciare ricevuta fiscale. Speculare sui disabili è vergognoso. E, a riprova di quanto affermo, sono pronto a portare in ogni sede prove testimoniali e di fatto di quanto accaduto.
I used this health care to collect a "convenient" prescribed by the ASL, they give me one of medium quality and ask for a difference of € 100.00 in cash without issuing a receipt. Speculating on the disabled is shameful. And, as proof of what I affirm, I am ready to bring witness and factual evidence of what happened to every location.
