★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza intoppi, senza problemi ho trovato con un po di attesa la farmacia che mi facesse il tampone...... Ma soprattutto un organizzazione a dir poco sublime grandi collaboratori. Per me ottima esperienza.
 Without hitches, without problems, I found the pharmacy to swab me with a bit of waiting ... But above all an organization that was nothing short of sublime great collaborators. Excellent experience for me.

Mi presento in farmacia per effettuare un tampone rapido, poiché il giorno precedente avevo fatto un tampone fai da te a casa ed ero risultata positiva. Mi sono recata in farmacia perché il tampone fai da te non è riconosciuto dal Ministero della Salute e quindi volevo una conferma per autodenunciarmi.
E bene.. Tampone fatto molto frettolosamente, con tempo di attesa 5 minuti per il referto (non abbastanza, secondo le indicazioni).
Risultato : NEGATIVA.
Poiché era un risultato che mi lasciava perplessa, il giorno dopo mi sono recata in un laboratorio medico e ho fatto il tampone di ultima generazione.
Risultato: POSITIVA!
Lascio a voi le conclusioni!
I'm sorry to negatively review this pharmacy, but I feel a duty to do so.
I go to the pharmacy to have a quick swab, as I had done a DIY swab at home the day before and tested positive. I went to the pharmacy because the do-it-yourself tampon is not recognized by the Ministry of Health and therefore I wanted a confirmation to report myself.
And well .. Swab done very hastily, with waiting time 5 minutes for the report (not enough, according to the indications).
Result: NEGATIVE.
As it was a puzzling result, the next day I went to a medical laboratory and made the latest generation swab.
Result: POSITIVE!
I leave the conclusions to you!

La dr.ssa Cristina ed il dottor Cosimo Calò, in particolare, anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza, sanno essere sempre organizzati e gentili.
Una mattina, ricordando erroneamente l'orario di apertura, mi sono recata trenta minuti prima di quello effettivo ed il dottor Calò era già operativo.. tanti lavoratori necessitavano del tampone e lui era già in sede! Umanamente e professionalmente una sorpresa!

In particular, Dr. Cristina and Dr. Cosimo Calò, in particular, even in the most crowded moments, always know how to be organized and kind.
One morning, mistakenly remembering the opening time, I went thirty minutes before the actual one and Dr. Calò was already operational .. many workers needed the tampon and he was already on site! Humanly and professionally a surprise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff gentilissimo e preparato. Sono riusciti addirittura a soddisfare la richiesta di un gran numero di tamponi antigenici Covid con scarso preavviso. Offrono anche tanti servizi di diagnostica strumentale che vanno bel oltre l'attività di una farmacia qualunque. Decisamente consigliato
