Bastava chiarire le anomalie tramite gli scontrini, ma questo non era possibile perché purtroppo sono assolutamente non chiari, non permettevano a me cliente di comprendere voce per voce i prodotti acquistasti. Nel momento in cui ho richiesto delucidazioni in merito per risolvere la faccenda, mi sono sentita dire “Ma lei non capisce niente?!”. Rivolgersi così ad un cliente? Sono basita...Per di più dinanzi a tanta gente, vi lascio immaginare il mio stato d’animo. Per cui ritengo di non dover più metterci piede in questa parafarmacia, per via della acidità dimostra dal titolare! Una camomilla ogni tanto! Oppure se non si è in grado di avere a che fare con il pubblico, cambi lavoro! E non è la prima volta che il titolare maltratta il cliente!
