Mi avete installato una caldaia riello nn più di un mese fa e siete venuti già tre volte ad avvitare i raccordi che hanno continuato a gocciolare...è normale che due bulloni non si riesce ad avvitarli?i raccordi che mi avete messo gocciolano in continuazione... I vostri tecnici venuti già tre volte si danno degli incompetenti gli uni con gli altri... Questa situazione sta durando anche troppo... È davvero vergognoso che con una caldaia pagata 1300 euro debba sopportare simili disagi... Vogliate prendere seriamente questo problema derivato da una cattiva installazione e risolvere al più presto questo disservizio che certo non è un fiore all'occhiello per voi! G	Gaetano P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un problema ad climatizzatore, Son venuti senza scala, senza amperometro, solo con un cacciavite. appena visto il climatizzatore così ad occhio è stato decretato: è la SCHEDA ??? ( che già era stato diagnosticato per telefono che era da cambiare tutto, poi è diventato, sempre ad occhio , il condensatore e poi il gas. Alla fine , come sapevo già, non hanno risolto nulla , anche perché non potevano risolver nulla. Morale della favola loro son usciti con le fatidiche 30 € per non risolver nulla. Per sostituire due pezzi alla caldaia che, su internet nuovi costano al max 10 euro al.pezzo, si sono presi 150 euro (1 ora di lavoro, compreso il tempo x arrivare e andare via) ovviamente il tutto senza ricevuta nonostante fosse stata chiesta esplicitamente...e chissà perché ma sono sicura a breve avrò ancora il.medesimo problema.
