The pens are very beautiful and well packaged. Simone is very responsible and friendly. I had many questions about the pens and he answered my questions quickly and professionally. One of the pens I bought is a very rare limited edition pen and has a small product defect, I thought there won't be a solution for this because this pen is discontinued and the sales from local boutique of this brand told me it cannot be found any where in the world. Surprisingly after Simone communicated with the manufacturing center immediately, he was able to find another brand new one and did a quick exchange for me from Italy to US. I am very satisfied with the brand new one. I have bought many pens from different pen stores, Sanguineti - il regalo dal 1934 provided the best ever service. I would highly recommend this store!
