Sarò io che chiedo sempre cose strane alle farmacie, ma di solito non trovo mai alla prima quello che cerco. Qua si, nonostante sembri piccola hanno di tutto e fanno tutto.

Personale numeroso e ottimo servizio. Sono stato più volte, hanno sempre tutto anche mascherine e disinfettanti. Prezzi onesti e sempre uguali...bravi!
Large staff and excellent service. I have been several times, they always have everything even masks and disinfectants. Honest and always the same prices ... good!

Avevo prenotato degli articoli per una paziente pagando in anticipo. Nel momento in cui vado a ritirarli mi dicono che non sono mai stati prenotati, si inventano dopo un po' che me li hanno consegnati, addirittura dicono di farmi un favore nel ricercare la prenotazione. Mi dicono di telefonare nei giorni seguenti, stessa identica storia, molto scortesi al telefono. Incompetenti, poco professionali, INEDUCATI. Molto meglio le altre farmacie nei dintorni. Risposta al commento della farmacia: Il tagliando (me lo ricordo ancora benissimo ) purtroppo me l'avete tolto dalle mani quando sono venuta da voi la prima volta ed era il numero 24. Mi ricordo ancora di tutto il fatto poiché mi avevate trattata malissimo la seconda volta che sono venuta...che poi veramente quanto era?3€ di prodotto?piuttosto che farmi urlare al telefono e sentirmi trattare da furbetta/ladra, ho preferito rimborsare di tasca mia la mia paziente. Mi rivolto a tutti i miei colleghi Infermieri, non contate su questa farmacia che non ha nulla in magazzino e i prodotti che prenotate(come avevo fatto io) non pagateli in anticipo se no vi dicono che li avete già presi( poiché pagati). INOLTRE quando tempo prima avevo chiesto una sacchetto di raccolta per catetere STERILE, mi hanno consegnato un sacchettino aperto ammucchiato insieme ad altri, NON CONOSCONO IL CONCETTO DI STERILITÀ, una cosa che qualunque sanitario dovrebbe saper riconoscere, e alla mia domanda (retorica) : ma questo è sterile???‍♀️ La farmacista: ma certo certo che è sterile! Non professionali. Rifornitevi nelle altre farmacie di Via XX. Molto piu valide e con professionisti seri. Ps. Ho lavorato per tanto tempo come infermiera a domicilio e non ho mai avuto problemi con nessuna farmacia, tranne questa.

I still remember all the fact because you treated me very badly the second time I came. ..that really what was it? 3 € of product? rather than making me scream on the phone and being treated as a sly / thief, I preferred to reimburse my patient out of my own pocket. I turn to all my fellow Nurses, do not count on this pharmacy that has nothing in stock and the products you book (as I did) do not pay them in advance otherwise they tell you that you have already taken them (as paid for). ALSO when I had previously asked for a STERILE catheter collection bag, they gave me an open bag piled up with others, THEY DON'T KNOW THE CONCEPT OF STERILITY, something that any healthcare professional should be able to recognize, and to my question (rhetoric): but is this sterile? ??‍♀️ The pharmacist: of course she is sterile! Not professional. Stock up in the other pharmacies on Via XX. Much more valid and with serious professionals. Ps. I have worked as a home nurse for a long time and have never had a problem with any pharmacy except this one.

Non sono stati forniti dei pezzi essenziali per il funzionamento di un tiralatte a noleggio acquistando anche un kit. Quando abbiamo provato a fare il reso (nella stessa giornata), il personale ha accampato scuse rifiutando il reso.

Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Ma 5 stelle vanno soprattutto al Dottor Davide che è stato delicatissimo e professionale nell' effettuare un tampone rapido.

He pedido una cita con anticipación para un test Covid, cuando llegue la farmacia estaba saturada sin embargo esperé pacientemente mi turno...La mujer que me atendio me dijo que volviera a entrar cuando me llegara el mensaje para imprimir el Green Pass ya que ellos normalmente no lo imprimen lo tienes que descargar tu mismo desde el ministerio de la salud italiano. Pero le comenté que yo misma no entendía ese proceso además había visto que a la chica Que atendieron antes de mi que era Italiana si se lo imprimieron... espere fuera de la farmacia hasta que me llego el mensaje de confirmación...Cuando volví a entrar el hombre de cabello blanco empezó a gritarme y a decirme que me tenía que ir que ellos no tenían porque imprimirme el Green pass. yo intenté explicar que ya había hablado con la otra persona que me había dicho que si me lo hacía pero el seguía gritando de forma muy agresiva y diciéndome que me tenía que ir fuera y que si a él en algún momento le daba la gana de hacerlo lo haría todo esto de una manera muy agresiva,llego un momento en el que tuve miedo por mi integridad física y comencé a gravarlo con el móvil para tener pruebas de su agresividad... entiendo que estaban saturados de trabajo pero no es mi problema si atienden a más personas de las que tienen capacidad... a nadie mas le grito he imprimieron muchos otros Green Pass... Soy una mujer sola y latina me vio vulnerable y quiso pagar su frustración conmigo... que falta de profesionalidad y de respeto. Ovviamente ni lo recomiendo ni volveré nunca... ahora están diciendo que yo fui la que no espero su turno, obviamente es mentira yo pedí mi cita dos días antes llegue a la hora acordada y esperé una hora fuera. Dentro de nuevo a la farmacia cuando solo habían dos persona delante y ya no había nadie más fuera esperando. Es muy feo intentar excusar su comportamiento con mentiras.
