Mi sono recata in negozio per far visionare una cintura comprata da loro 3 mesi fa Prima mi hanno detto che l azienda non ne risponde senza neanche provare a sentirla poi hanno messo in dubbio il quando L avessi comprata (mi hanno chiesto se avessi ancora lo scontrino ma sinceramente dovessi tenere scontrino per ogni cosa...) e hanno detto che era impossibile l avessi presa da loro...insomma MI HANNO DATO DELLA BUGIARDA... Perché rivolgersi ai negozi fisici se questo è il servizio che si ottiene? Come si fa a trattare così un cliente???? Mai più!!! WORST EXPERIENCE !! Dovevo cambiare il moschettone di una tracolla: non solo costava (poco) meno di altro negozio dove mi ero rivolta in precedenza, ma spontaneamente mi ha chiesto se volevo che lo applicasse lui (per altro ero andata dai cinesi) gratuitamente.
