Stavo cercando in internet una determinata borsa e ho visto che la pelletteria Rossi di Genova vendeva quel marchio.
Dopo una telefonata, un paio di mail per verificare che fosse quella la borsa che stavo cercando e una spedizione rapida ora ho la mia borsa.
Se passerò a Genova non mancherò di visitare il punto vendita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio maritto mi ha comprato una borsa per il compleanno, si è spaccata dopo 4 mesi...sono andata senza scontrino chiedendo se potevano chiamare la casa di produzione e farmi arrivare il pezzo di ricambio, gratuitamente dato che per legge ci sono 2 anni di garanzia. Non hanno voluto dicendo che senza scontrino non avrebbero fatto niente.
Ho lavorato per moltissimi anni nel customer care di un'azienda di abbigliamento e quando il negozio ci chiamava per un difetto di produzione abbiamo sempre sostituito i pezzi conoscendo molto bene quelli della collezione corrente.
Loro non hanno neanche provato a chiamaare l'azienda....pessimo servizio alla clientela.
My maritto bought me a bag for the birthday, it cracked after 4 months ... I went without a receipt asking if they could call the production company and get me the spare part, for free since by law there are 2 years of warranty. They didn't want to say that without a receipt they would do nothing.
I worked for many years in the customer care of a clothing company and when the store called us for a production defect we always replaced the pieces knowing very well those of the current collection.
They have not even tried to call the company .... bad customer service.

Well-stocked shop, in one of the most beautiful streets. Nice to see shops of this level, they create a very special atmosphere. Very helpful and professional staff. They replaced a defective wallet for me at no extra charge, keeping me updated on what they were trying to do to fix it. Very positive experience
