Rapporto qualità-prezzo ok ma non perfetto: 8 euro per il coperto più una bottiglia d'acqua mi pare un po' caro; mettete in conto una 50ina di euro a persona senza vino per primo secondo e dessert Excellent quality of food, a delicate and tasty steamed salmon with vegetables; an excellent first course of fresh pasta with fish and vegetables. Value for money ok but not perfect: 8 euros for the cover charge plus a bottle of water seems a bit expensive to me; expect 50 euros per person without wine for the first second course and dessert

Sala molto accogliente e neutra, tutta impostata sulle sfumature di bianco e griglio chiaro con un bellissimo arredamento e opere d'arte di artigiani locali e non. Simpaticissimi e professionali i gestori, Angelo e Rosita che con un giovane cuoco, servono senza ritardi una sala quasi piena. I posti a sedere sono dai 25 ai 35 con bellissimi tavoli rotondi ben distanziati. La scelta sui vini, champagne e grappe è molto estesa, ho avuto la fortuna di visitare la loro cantina e vi assicuro che è mozzafiato! L'atmosfera è conviviale e anche romantica, i proprietari non mancano mai di farvi sentire come se foste a casa vostra. Il cibo in generale è ottimo, menù stagionali e prodotti freschissimi sono all'ordine del giorno. Alcuni piatti sono un po' cari ma rispecchiano la qualità e la quantità delle porzioni e credo comunque in linea con gli altri ristoranti di questo tipo nella zona. Per tutti questi motivi, continuerò a visitare il ristorante San Domenico come ormai faccio da anni e lo consiglierei a chiunque! MM Restaurant to try for sure if you are near Chieri. Very welcoming and neutral room, all set on shades of white and light gray with beautiful furnishings and works of art by local and non-local artisans. Very nice and professional the managers, Angelo and Rosita who with a young cook, serve an almost full room without delay. Seats range from 25 to 35 with beautifully spaced round tables. The choice of wines, champagnes and grappas is very extensive, I was lucky enough to visit their cellar and I assure you it is breathtaking! The atmosphere is convivial and also romantic, the owners never fail to make you feel at home. The food in general is excellent, seasonal menus and the freshest products are the order of the day. Some dishes are a bit expensive but reflect the quality and quantity of the portions and I think still in line with other restaurants of this type in the area. For all these reasons, I will continue to visit the San Domenico restaurant as I have been doing for years and would recommend it to anyone! MM
