★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante-pizzeria storico di Chieri, una vera istituzione. Pizze molto buone con ingredienti di qualità. Location interna molto "rustico style" con venature in vero legno. L'unico difetto, che mi fa abbassare il voto da 5 a 4 stelle, e' che spesso i tempi d'attesa sono piuttosto lunghi. In ogni caso ogni chierese (o ex chierese nel mio caso) che si rispetti deve andarci almeno una volta nella vita.
 Historic restaurant-pizzeria in Chieri, a true institution. Very good pizzas with quality ingredients. Very "rustic style" interior location with real wood grain. The only flaw, which makes me lower the rating from 5 to 4 stars, is that waiting times are often quite long. In any case, every self-respecting Chieri (or ex Chieri in my case) must go there at least once in their life.

Pizza annacquata, con bordi bruciati e duri. Ho anche preso vino bianco frizzante, era come una bottiglia aperta da un paio di giorni.
Ero convinto fossero migliorati........
I hadn't been there for many years. Now I can say that many years will pass before we return.
Watered down pizza, with burnt and hard edges. I also got sparkling white wine, it was like a bottle that had been open for a couple of days.
I was convinced they had improved ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like the owner was doing me a favor when I asked if I could take away a few pizzas tonight…. The dough is heavy and not developed enough. Small in size, feels like eating a pita bread….Toppings were acceptable. I won’t come back.
