★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Santuario Mariano Madonna della Milicia si affaccia sul belvedere del paese. La chiesa a navata unica, custodisce il "Quadro della Madonna" che raffigura la Madonna incoronata in trono con Gesu' Bambino in braccio, San Francesco e un fedele. La chiesa e' molto visitata dai pellegrini soprattutto durante la festa patronale il 6-7-8 settembre. Nell'anno 2000 il santuario e' stato arricchito con una porta in bronzo opera di Vincenzo Gennaro.
The Mariano Madonna della Milicia Sanctuary overlooks the village viewpoint. The church with a single nave holds the "Framework of the Madonna" which depicts the Madonna crowned on the throne with Jesus Child in her arms, St. Francis and a believer. The church is very visited by pilgrims especially during the patronal feast on 6-7-8 September. In the year 2000 the sanctuary was enriched with a bronze door by Vincenzo Gennaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very peaceful and serine cemetery nestled on the side of a mountain in rural Sicily. It clean and well keep. There's in office, and the gentleman there is helpful. If you're seating for your family roots in the area, this may be a place to visit.
