Ho acquistato circa 10 quintali di legna sfusa, ribaltata davanti al mio garage ad un prezzo inferiore di quello che si trova in giro, 16 euro al quintale, nonostante avessi chiesto al telefono di avere legna asciutta per usarla questo inverno, mi è stata consegnata ZUPPA di acqua a tal punto che alcuni pezzi erano ricoperti da muschio e in via di marcire. Ho telefonato al numero del negozio e mi ha risposto lo stesso che mi ha scaricato la legna in casa e facendo presente che ad un nuovo cliente non sia la migliore pubblicità portare legna in queste condizioni e che se andava bene si asciuga nel 2021, il signore ha insistito che la sua legna è ottima e che non è vero che è marcia.... (ho anche detto che gliela porto in negozio e che vede il muschio e il marcio ma non si è fatto problemi a dire che non è vero niente)

I phoned the store number and he replied the same that he unloaded the wood at home and pointing out that a new customer is not the best advertisement to bring wood under these conditions and if it was fine it dries in 2021, the gentleman he insisted that his wood is excellent and that it is not true that it is rotten .... (I also said that I bring it to him in the shop and that he sees the moss and the rot but it was not a problem to say that nothing is true at all )
