Venti minuti di attesa li ritengo accettabili, e non così drammatici. Forse chi si lamenta preferirebbe che, una volta ricevuto, venisse liquidato in 30 secondi... Ma così non è, e il ragazzo che mi ha ricevuto è stato davvero molto gentile ed esaustivo. Lo ammetto: in lontananza si sentivano alcune risposte un po' acide e stizzite... Ma dovevate sentire le domande... ?? I don't understand all these complaints: you are pre-filtered at the entrance by a "receptionist", and some people find an answer immediately without wasting time in the queue. Twenty minutes of waiting I consider them acceptable, and not so dramatic. Perhaps those who complain would prefer that, once received, it was liquidated in 30 seconds ... Risultato: nessuna bolletta mai arrivata ed ho rischiato il taglio tubo. Lunedi prossimo vado in sede e pianto un casino minacciando di denunciarli. For the third time in a row, both my email and phone number change as a joke. Result: no bills ever arrived and I risked cutting the tube. Next Monday I go to the office and cried a mess threatening to report them.

Mi ha dato un pacchetto dei documenti e sono andata via. Non abito a Bergamo. Ho dovuto di fare la strada più volte... Non sono responsabili. I did not have CI with me but instead the passport. A manager took my passport to make the copy and forgot to give it back to me. He gave me a package of documents and I left. I don't live in Bergamo. I had to walk the road several times ... C'è sempre la ragazza bassa e odiosa che gode a maltrattare gli utenti che poi viene puntualmente bastonata dalla capoccia più anziana e ci resta sempre male. Poco disponibile al contatto con i clienti, molto serio e nervosetto. Volevo cambiare l’attuale gestore, ovviamente mi sono rivolto altrove it certainly cannot be said that here is also a space of welcome and courtesy.
