E' rimasta l'unica testimonianza del vecchio quartiere, resistendo alla trasformazione del centro storico. Immagini storiche la ritraggono in mezzo alle antiche case.
The question arises: What is a small ancient church doing in the midst of contemporary buildings and commercial galleries? It remained the only testimony of the old quarter, resisting the transformation of the historic center. Historical images portray it among the ancient houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Chiesa del 600 in pieno centro di Milano.Sorge sull'area del Frigidarium delle antiche Terme di Erculee.E' a una sola navata con cappelline laterali con decori di stucchi e affreschi.Oggi la Chiesa è officiata con rito ortodosso,per omaggio ad altre comunità straniere.Ci sono bellissime Icone Russe.I riti sono veramente suggestivi e si respira un'aria di vera fede.E un posto certamente da visitare.
A 17th century church in the center of Milan. It stands on the Frigidarium area of the ancient Baths of Erculee. It has a single nave with side chapels decorated with stucco and frescoes. Today the Church is officiated with an Orthodox rite, as a tribute to other foreign communities. There are beautiful Russian icons. The rites are truly suggestive and you can breathe an air of true faith. And certainly a place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ San Vito in Pasquirolo è una chiesetta che sorge nel pieno centro di Milano, in largo Corsia dei Servi 4, sorta sull’area del Frigidarium delle terme Erculee, delle quali si conservano pochi, modesti avanzi accanto alla chiesa. Allo stato attuale la chiesa si presenta in ottimo stato ,malgrado i recenti restauri fatti alquanto male .Oggi ospita una comunità ortodossa russa ( Patriarcato di Mosca) che si limita a vendere gadget e souvenir religiosi ai vari turisti occasionali . Il paziente è rimasto vivo nonostante gli sforzi fatti .
San Vito in Pasquirolo is a small church located in the heart of Milan, in Largo Corsia dei Servi 4, built on the area of the Frigidarium of the Erculee baths, of which few, modest remains remain next to the church. At present, the church is in excellent condition, despite the recent rather poorly done restorations. Today it hosts a Russian Orthodox community (Moscow Patriarchate) which only sells religious gadgets and souvenirs to various occasional tourists. The patient remained alive despite the efforts made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but cute church of San Vito is at the moment hosting the Russian Orthodox Church. It is a special place of the Russian, but in general, orthodox community. They are every day services while the biggest ones are each Sunday and on special days (Christmass, Easter, etc.). It is very nice to attend some of the Sunday's "liturgija" (service) as people are friendly and warm and accept you to be a part of it. Would recommend visiting it in order to experience a different side of Milan.
