Ho dovuto richiedere il rimborso tramite Paypal perché l’unica cosa che ho ottenuto da Zara è stata l’esser preso in giro. F	Filippo Compagnoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi ho comprato da zara a roncadelle - brescia un paio di scarpe. dopo averle acquistate mi sono accorto che sul tagliandino allegato alle medesime c'erano 2 prezzi. naturalmente io ho pagato il prezzo più alto, forse è tutto regolare ma vorrei sapere il perché dei 2 prezzi. grazie today I bought a pair of shoes from zara to roncadelle - brescia. after buying them I realized that on the coupon attached to them there were 2 prices. of course I paid the highest price, maybe everything is regular but I would like to know the reason for the 2 prices. thank you
S	Stefania Gentile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una giacca da Zara Messina (viale San Martino) chiedo se in caso potevo cambiarla, mi viene detto certo con scontrino entro un mese , premetto che non c'era la misura che volevo, avevo chiesto se ce ne fossero altre in magazzino , mi rispondono di no , solo quelle esposte. La porto a casa, la faccio provare..troppo grande la riporto dopo 2 giorni. Mi dicono che manca l'etichetta all'interno che si sono permessi a dire che ero stata io a tagliarla, cerco di spiegare che non avrebbe avuto senso se avevo intenzione di portarla indietro di tagliare l etichetta. Dopo polemiche accusatorie da parte della commessa e della responsabile, mi faccio ridare la giacca a questo punto usata chissà da chi, e soprattutto da qualcuno di loro conoscenza al quale hanno fatto il favore di farla restituire dopo averla usata. Vergognosi, scandalosi , scorretti, infamatori e di poca serietà!!!
