★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É una piccola chiesa votiva che si incontra a poca distanza dal castello di Brazzà nella frazione di Modotto. L'edificio risale al XIV secolo ed è costituito da una sola aula, senza campanile, senza sacrestia e senza presbiterio. Sulla facciata , orientata a sud, si trova la porta di accesso sormontata da una lunetta e due finestre. All'interno il soffitto ha la travatura a vista mentre fuori il tetto è realizzato in tegole.
L'accesso alla chiesa é difficoltoso perché la proprietà è stata recintata ed è necessario passare da un cancello che é abitualmente tenuto chiuso.
La località è molto bella e merita una visita.
 It is a small votive church that is found a short distance from the Brazzà castle in the hamlet of Modotto. The building dates back to the 14th century and consists of a single hall, without a bell tower, without a sacristy and without a presbytery. On the façade, facing south, is the access door surmounted by a lunette and two windows. Inside the ceiling has exposed beams while outside the roof is made of tiles.
Access to the church is difficult because the property has been fenced and it is necessary to pass through a gate which is usually kept closed.
The location is very beautiful and worth a visit.
