La prima notizia della chiesa risale all'anno 1051.
DescrizioneLa chiesa è a pianta rettangolare, ad unica navata, con nicchie e altari laterali e abside semi-circolare. Presenta struttura principale in muratura portante con copertura a due falde controsoffittata all'interno; l'abside è voltato. Le pareti interne si presentano intonacate e tinteggiate in colori chiari oltre che impreziosite con fregi, stucchi e modanature. La facciata principale è costituita, centralmente, dal portale d'ingresso in pietra in stile barocco con infisso in legno massiccio. E' intonacata e tinteggiata in bianco; sono in rilievo le quattro paraste che si attestano in corrispondenza del cornicione modanato che denota il passaggio dal primo al secondo ordine su cui si imposta la copertura.

The first news of the church dates back to the year 1051.
Description The church has a rectangular plan, with a single nave, with niches and side altars and a semi-circular apse. It has a main structure in load-bearing masonry with a two-pitched false ceiling inside; the apse is vaulted. The internal walls are plastered and painted in light colors as well as embellished with friezes, stuccos and moldings. The main facade is made up, centrally, by the stone entrance portal in Baroque style with solid wood frame. It is plastered and painted in white; the four pilasters are in relief which abut in correspondence with the molded cornice that denotes the transition from the first to the second order on which the roof is set.
