Behind Piazza di Spagna in the Campo Marzio district there is this small church where you can find some peace and silence from the traffic and noise of the Roman shopping streets. I must say very very pretty.

β β β β β 17th century former convent church. Nowadays a museum occupies the once bigger now halved convent, while the church has lost the majority of its works of art.

β β β β β This is a former Carmelite nunnery church -the convent is now a modern art museum. It belongs to a confraternity attached to the nearby parish church of Sant'Andrea delle Fratte.
The church is open from early morning until 10:00 weekdays (personal observation).
Mass on Sunday is at 11:00. There seems to be a Mass at 9:00 on weekdays.
The Extraordinary Form has been celebrated here in recent years.
