DescrizioneNell'antico borgo di Bonea è situata la chiesa, conosciuta anche come Santuario Santa Maria Visita poveri per il dipinto del 1609, opera dell’artista Cesare Calise. La chiesa è preceduta da un piazzale e si presenta ad un’unica navata con sagrestia inscritta, esternamente, in un poligono quadrangolare. All’interno la navata è ad ottagono irregolare ed abside anch’essa poligonale. La facciata è semplice, divisa in tre fasce orizzontali da eleganti cornici sottili e si conclude con il timpano. La fascia centrale è in mattoncini facciavista. Il campanile a sinistra della chiesa è a pianta quadrata fino al terzo ordine, il quarto ordine è a pianta poligonale.
