Molto belli i dipinti di Bernardino Luini, oltre alla facciata, che reputo assai elegante. Catholic Church, founded much older than what one might expect. Located in Piazza San Giorgio, which overlooks Via Torino, it stands on the remains of the ancient imperial palace. Restored several times, its appearance is due to interventions following the sixteenth century. Bernardino Luini's paintings are very beautiful, as well as the facade, which I consider very elegant.

The church of San Giorgio al Palazzo is a Catholic place of worship in the historic center of Milan located in Piazza San Giorgio al Palazzo, along the axis of Via Torino. The church is the seat of the Milanese representation of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of San Giorgio, whose presence is commemorated by a plaque inside. The building was built on the ancient vestiges of the Roman imperial palace in Milan (hence the name of the church) wanted by Diocletian as the seat of the tetrarch who was to govern one of the four parts into which the Roman Empire was divided with Mediolanum (modern Milan ) capital. Construction begins 750. Completion 1899.
