Ovviamente CI resti male perchè pensi che ti risponderanno chissà quando. Ed invece, entro 1 ora dalla mia richiesta, onestamente dopo pochi minuti, ricevo una telefonata e ho avuto tutta l'assistenza possibile ed immaginabile. Ringrazio il Sig. Maurizio per tutto il supporto fornito e adesso sono in grado di apporre tutte le firme digitali che mi occorrono. Sono contento del prodotto e dei servizi aziendali acquistati e farò sicuramente una buona pubblicità. Grazie ancora. VD
I'll be honest ............... at first I was annoyed because on the phone I could not speak to an operator and he would send me back to a contact via e-mail. Obviously you feel bad because you think they will answer you who knows when. And instead, within 1 hour of my request, honestly after a few minutes, I get a phone call and I had all the possible and imaginable assistance. I thank Mr. Maurizio for all the support provided and now I am able to affix all the digital signatures I need. I am happy with the purchased business product and services and will definitely do some good publicity. Thanks again. VD

My experience with Intesi Group has been more than positive. Clear, intuitive and easy to access site. In a few minutes I had my digital signature. Then contacting the assistance I interacted with two exquisite people, very kind, fast in the response and very clear in the explanations. I have rarely had to deal with such courteous and accurate customer service.
