L'assistenza da parte dei commerciali e dei tecnici del Wki point è sempre stata all'altezza delle nostre richieste. We bought the Kleos Management System a year ago at the Wki Point in Via Fontana. After an initial period of training in its use, with some difficulties, we now use it at full capacity and it is an indispensable tool for us to organize and manage the studio. The assistance from the sales and technicians of the Wki point has always been up to our requests.

Il progetto è stato convincente ma abbiamo avuto qualche problema iniziale nel trasferimento del nostro vecchio dominio. Tre stelle solo per questo problema iniziale, nulla da eccepire sull'impegno e la professionalità dei Barretta. We found ourselves by chance in Via Fontana and we discovered that Wolters Kluwer also realizes websites and we asked the Barretta for information. The project was convincing but we had some initial problems in transferring our old domain. Three stars only for this initial problem, nothing to complain about the commitment and professionalism of the Barretta.

Tre anni fa mi ha persuaso al passaggio al gruppo Wolters Kluwer per la gestione del processo telematico ed ho seguito il suo progetto di informatizzazione del nostro studio sposando il progetto Kleos. Lo consiglio, lui ed il suo team sono dei professionisti seri, affidabili e sempre disponibili ma soprattutto competenti del settore. I was followed for software consulting by Dr. Barretta when he worked at Sole 24 Ore and he never betrayed my expectations. Three years ago I was persuaded by the transition to the Wolters Kluwer group for the management of the telematic process and I followed his project of computerization of our studio by marrying the Kleos project. I recommend him, he and his team are serious professionals, reliable and always available but especially competent in the industry.

Abbiamo appena stipulato un contratto per la realizzazione di un sito web per lo studio e ci siamo sempre trovati bene con Barretta che stimo soprattutto per la competenza e chiarezza di esposizione sia degli aspetti tecnici che commerciali. Stiamo pensando anche al Software gestionale se apporteranno delle modifiche che abbiamo richiesto e delle quali attendiamo conferma. We have participated in several Wolters Kluwer training courses and have been using the Pluris Database for 5-6 years with satisfaction. We have just signed a contract for the creation of a website for the study and we have always found ourselves well with Barretta, which I respect above all for the competence and clarity of exposure both of the technical and commercial aspects. We are also thinking about the management software if they will make changes that we have requested and of which we await confirmation.
