★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them a phone to repair which is still in warranty and instead of repairing it properly by changing the exact component they just applied a reset on my phone and gave it back to me..right after i reached at home the phone started making the same damn problem again...how irresponsible is that...

If they fix HTC or not. I tried once to call but no answer?
So all of what I can say is that, yet I have no idea about there services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service center: Been there for a shattered screen of Xperia Z3, and I explained that it cracked while in my pocket. The very nice lady 'Patrisia' took my order and indicated in the receipt that I was not from Italy and staying just for 3 days ( which is correct). So they and called me the next day informing me that my phone is ready for pickup!!!!!!! And yes. Sony is the best ! They changed a whole screen for FREEEEE, the technician diagnosed the Crack as a factory issue and repaired it for free. And of course since it's a Sony representative I keep both my 2 years warranty and my water proof phone !
