Già dal primo approccio avuto al telefono ho subito riscontrato cordialità e professionalità. Una volta in laboratorio ho conosciuto il Sig. Roberto il quale si è preso carico della problematica inerente il mio device. Prima del mio turno c'erano altre due persone ed ho potuto constatare che la professionalità e il livello di servizio offerto da questo centro riparazione è senza ombra di dubbio inusuale per una città come Roma. Il mio monitor è stato riparato in 2 giorni e funziona perfettamente. Mi sono stati inviati dei messaggi via email ed sms di notifica dell'avvenuta riparazione. Inutile ribadire che al suo ritiro mi son state date addirittura delucidazioni del guasto sia dal Sig. Roberto che dal tecnico qualificato. Prima di andare via mi è stato chiesto se avevo necessità di ulteriore assistenza e se potevano fare altro per me invitandomi a contattarli per qualsiasi altra problematica futura. My monitor was repaired in 2 days and works perfectly. I have been sent messages via email and sms notifying that the repair has been made. Dal contatto telefonico all'intervento dei tecnici, tutto ottimo. Fa piacere sapere che su Roma c'è un centro assistenza autorizzato di alto livello, spinge il cliente a comprare il prodotto, visto che, a mio avviso, il vero banco di prova per un'azienda è la qualità dell'assistenza post-vendita.
